How to use Exit Event in Automation workflows?
Exit item in automation workflow allows your contacts at certain path can opt out your flow. To add Exit item to the workflow:
Step 1: App > Automation > New workflow > Select the preset > Click Next
Step 2: Drag and drop items into the workflow
Exit items can be dragged into branches of Yes/No split, Multiple split, A/B Testing
Step 3: Click Next and continue to complete the campaign
If you want to add Exit items to the old campaign:
Step 1: App > Automation > Select Workflow Tab
Step 2: Do the steps 2 steps as above
Step 3: Then click Save
